Meet Erin

I started working with individuals looking to improve performance, manage pressure, or reconnect with motivation, whether they were competitive athletes, weekend warriors, or just starting out in sport.

Over time, I noticed how the challenges people face in sport and performance also affect their overall mental health and can impact relationships. That led me to focus more on my clinical practice and my constant desire to learn and grow. I expanded my practice so now, along with athletes, I enjoy offering mental health support for individuals, couples, and families navigating every day or extreme stress, change, or disconnection. I will always have a special interest in athletes, coaches, military, and first responder families.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors and a Canadian Clinical Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.
